This policy describes exactly what this site collects and what it does with
it. It was written after the technical implementation, not before: what follows
is the real path of the data, not an intention.
What this site does not do
- No cookies are set. No consent banner is therefore needed — there is
nothing to consent to.
- No third-party trackers , no external analytics, no social buttons.
- No external resources : fonts and images are served from this domain. Your
browser contacts no other server.
- No processor in the form-handling chain.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a contact, demonstration or partnership form.
For the sole purpose of protecting the service against automated submissions, we
also record the date of the request and a fingerprint of your IP address .
The address itself is never stored in clear — only a salted fingerprint, from
which the address cannot be recovered.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You
write to us for information or a demonstration; we handle your request.
Retention
- A request forwarded to our sales-tracking tool is deleted from the relay after
seven days .
- Every request is erased after twenty-four months at the latest ,
unconditionally.
These purges are automatic and verified. A retention period that is announced but
never enforced is not a retention period.
Recipients
Your data is processed by the site publisher and by no one else. It is not sold,
rented or passed on for commercial purposes, and it does not leave the European
Union.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.
An e-mail to contact@hilda.cloud is enough; we answer within a month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de
la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Server logs
The web server keeps technical logs for thirty days, with anonymised IP
addresses. They serve diagnostics and security, never audience analysis.
